Busy May!

I can't believe May is almost over!  Where did the time go?

Remarks

May has been very busy in my world.  I hardly know what all happened!  A few notes...

I'm not sick any more.  Glad for that.

I am still preaching at Arlington (TN) Presbyterian.  I'm there until further notice, except the last week of June (see below).  Most of my sermons have not been prepared in a form that easily converts to a blog (as did some of the others), and I've not invested the time needed to do the rewrite, so you are spared.  I'll sum up:

Have faith IN God.  Be faithful TO God.  Seriously.  "The righteous ones--they will live by faith."

Double-Edged Publishing continues to innovate and progress.  Much thanks should go out to Selena Thomason for her leadership at MindFlights.  That project is flying high.  Ray Gun Revival continues to receive huge compliments, and Lee S. King, Paul Christian Glenn, Johne Cook, and the rest of their team ought to be congratulated!  Haruah is running smoothly, but Rick says he's about overwhelmed, so look for some leadership changes there.  TeenAge also needs some help (anyone?) with some technical issues... Ah, so much to do!

My writing--yeah, right!  Well, I haven't been rejected in a while! (Kerlak still has a story under consideration, so that's--as I like to say--not nothing.)

I have some awesome music discoveries I'd like to blog about (see my MySpace blog for those), but who has time?  We'll here's to hoping for some time this summer.

The biggest news (other than preaching weekly at Arlingtion Pres) is that I've managed to land an invitation to Hypericon in Nashville.  I'm looking forward to that at the end of June.  Keep an eye out on my Cons and Appearances page for developments.

As June approaches, I am out of seminary for the summer.  VISIBLE SCHOOL, where I teach, has graduation tomorrow.  Those two responsibilities off the list, I hope to have a little breathing room.

Stay in touch!
