Sword Magic: A mysterious dwarf meets a wizard known to be tight-lipped, able to keep a secret. Trying to escape his legacy, the dwarf wishes to hire the wizard’s service. But the wizard has his own thoughts on the matter.

Earth Shaken: Lehnik the Earth Shaker served under Captain Jak in a great war where the dwarves fought baines bitterly. Lehnik proved to be a great warrior, deemed by some to be the greatest of all. But among the baines walked Clenog the Dark who was presumed by many to be the greatest. In Earth Shaken, these great warriors meet, but the outcome is unexpected.

Payment Upon Delivery: When Calarese took the job, she expected it to be nothing more than routine. After all, she was only delivering a little thing from one person to another, but after she met the dwarf in the land of the elves, things began to go wrong. Not that it was the dwarf’s fault. Not entirely, at least. But there was no denying that it was after their meeting that Calarese’s routine delivery became anything but.

Naturals: Sarah's children are "Naturals." They were born able to do certain magic feats. Living under the dominion of the Dark Council in the Border Wilds, it was a skill that proved over and over again to be of great value. But never so much as when armies of the Dark Coucil baines swept through the area.
